Agent Procedures

Syarat Agen Zahrah

  1. Pembelian pertama 3 kodi (60 pcs) dan pembelian berikutnya minimal 20 pcs per bulan.
  2. Kepada agen diberikan discount 35 % dari harga pedoman ritel zahrah.
  3. Pembelian bebas memilih kombinasi model dan warna.
  4. Pengembalian (retur) model dan warna bebas selama tidak lebih dari 3 bulan.
  5. Ongkos kirim menjadi tanggungan pembeli.
  6. Kepada agen diberikan sarana promosi berupa spanduk, katalog, contoh warna, price list eceran dan brosur.
  7. Nama dan alamat agen dipromosikan di media masa bersama dengan promosi produk Zahrah.


Terms of condition for a new agent

  1. The first purchase is 60 pieces and the subsequent purchase is at minimum of 20 pieces per month.
  2. Agent gets 35% discount from the retail prices set by Zahrah.
  3. It is free to choose the combination of models and colors.
  4. It is free for agent change the model and color as long as no more than 3 months after the purchase.
  5. Shipping cost to be borne by the agents.
  6. Agents get promotion kits in the form of standing banners, catalogs, color samples, retail price list and brochure.
  7. Name and address of agent promoted in the mass media along with the product promotion of Zahrah.

Syarat Retail Zahrah

  1. Pembelian pertama 1 kodi (20 pcs) dan pembelian berikutnya minimal 10 pcs.
  2. Pembelian bebas memilih kombinasi model dan warna.
  3. Pengembalian model dan warna bebas selama tidak lebih dari 3 bulan.
  4. Ongkos kirim menjadi tanggungan pembeli.
  5. Kepada retail diberikan sarana promosi berupa katalog, price list eceran dan brosur oleh agen.

Penambahan Agen Baru

  1. Setiap penambahan agen baru akan dikonfirmasi terlebih dahulu kepada agen lama yang telah ada di wilayah calon agen baru.
  2. Penambahan agen baru dapat dilakukan apabila lokasinya tidak berdekatan atau mendapat persetujuan agen yang lama.
  3. Penambahan agen baru di wilayah agen yang telah ada dimungkinkan apabila agen yang lama dinilai tidak aktif.
  4. Bagi yang berminat menjadi agen baru, agar terlbih dahulu menghubungi contact person kami.


Consideration prior to open a new agent

  1. Zahrah will confirm any additional new agent to the existing agent in the same area.
  2. Zahrah will ask the old agent to consider approval of new agents in the same area.
  3. A new agent may replace the non-active old agent.
  4. For those interested in becoming a new agent, it is recommended to consult our contact person.
